Three more beauties I found on my 4-14-2012 trip to the Burgin prospect.

Here is a close up of one of many beautiful healed surfaces found at the Burgin.

Playing with reflected light, I used a magenta colored piece of paper to add some spice.

Agreed.  It's pretty unique and with good clarity.  A neat crystalline bridge built in.   Cheesy

I'm thinking about planning a trip there for next weekend.  Let me know if anyone is interested and I'll get it locked in with Mr. Burgin.

EDIT:  Cancelled due to hogs in the field.  Mr. Burgin said he'd call me in three weeks.  Stayed tuned for a trip to Burgin in about 3 weeks.   Wink

Just wanted to post some pics of this fractured/healed sliver of quartz from the Burgin Mine I made into a pendant just by gluing a bail on to it! Smiley
This was one of my favorites. Last pic is the back.

Joe,

That's a nice pendant.  How's your Etsy site doing?

Thanks, Dennis.  Smiley
Yeah, that was my favorite Burgin pendant so far. Pretty piece now owned by a lady in Washington.
The store is fun. Always more to do.
