	Here is a small video of various clips from my time at Jamie Hill's mine in Hiddenite, NC.� Many beautiful things were found, even the sought after green beryl var. emerald.

	I think I'm looking for emeralds next time! Here are a couple pics of the little pyrite with rutile and mica cluster I had just picked up in the video.

	Those are beautiful to me. Call me crazy (I know you do ), but I think those mica & rutile mixes are just wonderful and very very pretty and a great combination...to me, they are so exotic (not quartz), so I am seriously happy with them. If I found an emerald, I would really want it to be very green and gemmy with that "spring" green. Beryl still doesn't excite me that much unless it is really pretty. I guess I have found mostly weathered/decayed beryl, and am jaded.
