I have been assigned the office (read railroaded) of Field Trip Coordinator for our club (Gaston Gem, Mineral and Faceters Club).  This is a job that I am uniquely unsuited for. The previous coordinator passed on no contact information for any of the past field trips.  I am familiar with several good sites in the area but have very few contact names/numbers.  Since I work 60+ hours a week, I don't have the time to go to the sites first and knock on doors to find the owners.
