how do i downsize my pics

Hey Everyone,
You have probably seen my attempts to post specimen photos.
I need help.
The camera is a FinePix s4200,having downloaded the pictures on photogallery I downsized them to minimum.I than tried to attach them with start new topic,what am I doing wrong?
Any suggestions?

Scott,
Most of us have had trouble at one time or another with pic size.  I thought you just had to attach pics at the bottom of the post.  Scott L may have to help out on this one.  Keep trying.   Wink  Dan
