Mark and I stopped by Coopers Ridge yesterday just to see if any new grading or erosion had exposed anything, but nothing had changed and the vegetation was starting to take over.  Looks like it will be an unproductive site until they start grading for houses.  Just wanted to give everyone a heads up so you won't waste a trip.

I spot check the place every other month or so. Nice place to
take a walk even if there isn't much to look at.
