Snow Leopard Jasper cabochon set in a pendant

Hello,
My wire-wrap work is nothing too exceptional, but I wanted to share this piece because it is set with a cabochon I had cut from Snow Leopard Jasper provided by our illustrious host, Joe himself.  This stuff cuts up beautifully, and I'm having more done.


Thanks again to Joe for finding this awesome material and making it available to buy.  It's a real pleasure to be able to have a stone like this from my home state.

Thanks!  I had the stone cut by my friend Lenny Samuelson (also an NC native).  He makes the best cabochons I've ever seen, and I really can't wait to see the next cabs of this material he cuts.  It's nice when a cut stone really delivers on the promises of the rough.
