Rockhound and Mining Safety Legend....

It was 66 years ago that the
greatest pioneer in rockhounding
and mining safety was born....
although his techniques were considered by...
well everyone....
to be extremely dangerous and highly insane...
they were very effective at demonstrating
how not to break rock or conduct mining operations.
Mr. Wile E. Coyote...I herby salute you
for your continuous efforts to teach rockhounding and mining safety.

It's too bad he only practiced with sedimentary rocks.  He must have had a huge fossil collection.   Wink

scott thats very likely the case since everytime he was seen...he was filmed in the Arizona/Nevada desert...glad ya got a kick outa this.
