You did that piece of Fire Obsidian justice!
Seems we both share a fondness for the rarest of rare obsidians!
Having tried to cut some of the material before I can tell you now, "Don't!"  HA!
The stuff is crazy! Every time you change the angle of the surface,
you change the fire.
I have some rough, but like you, I'm waiting............
the time has got to be just right. Wink

I posted some poor pics of a fantastic Fire Obsidian cab I bought at the local Grassy Creek show last year.
The pics of the cab are at the very end of the thread.
