Here's a piece out of my collection that I'm actually currently selling on eBay.

An AMAZING Rhodochrosite stalactite slice from Argentina.

I seriously am in love with this piece. Hard to let it go, but bills are bills.

The ever-elusive Bear Canyon Agate from Montana. Near the Dryhead location. I only have 2 specimens of this agate. This pair here and another small nodule.

Great stuff! Thanks for the pics!
Yes, that Rhodo Stalactite Slab would be very hard to part with.
I imagine it would be hard to replace.
Great piece of labradorite! One of my favorite materials to work.
Beautiful high-grade piece of the Black Feather Plume!
And thankyou very much for the pics of the Bear Canyon Agate! I've never seen it before.
Looks like there might be metal ore minerals in the host rock?

But, for me, the winner is the Montana Agate w/ Rainbow Iris.
Great Pic! Thanks!

Glad you enjoyed! The Bear Canyon agate is really something special. It's found within 20 miles of the Dryhead location in Montana, but it's totally different. As far as metal, I'm not sure...Could also be a carbon staining, it's very strange! I haven't cut it or had it tested, and talking to people who know about it are pretty few and far between. I haven't even been able to collect it personally, but a friend of mine (Gary from The Agate Works in Green Bay, WI) has a great write-up on his website if you google it, and he has found the largest piece that I've ever seen!

The most impressive pieces in my opinion though, are the solid black with vibrant white patterns.

All the pieces I've gotten have been through old collections, and neither time did the person selling it know what it was. In fact, we bought the first chunk from a rock swap, not even knowing what it was, and it turned out to be this very rare, amazing agate! Super great stuff if you ever get to find some!

Here's the backside of the pair I posted earlier.

And I can't be posting agates and leave out my very favorite agate of all, the Dryhead Agate!

These are all from my personal collection.
