It's interesting to see such a colorless (rock crystal) gwindel.  Normally they have at least a little smoky color.  This one may have a very light smoky that's made less apparent because of the background.  But then again this might just be a super clear gwindel.  It's awesome, and I'm sure way out of my price range!

here's the guys full page with other specimens. and surprisingly mostly all clear. A few gwindels, some rutile and chlorite inclusions, not too different from what we find here....there's a gwindel here....somewhere.....

Oh and FYI I did inquire about the price of the Himalayan Gwindel -- asking price:  $14,000.00   Shocked

I'm certainly not going to complain or scoff at this -- in fact I hope they are able to sell it for that amount.

But if I had that extra cash to spend I would much rather use it for a trip to Switzerland where I could try and hunt for my own gwindels.   Wink

That price is a little off the chart. You could get a world class Swiss gwindell for a fourth of that price. That sounds like not for sale price. But I learned a long time ago to not price anything you don't want to sale. Because the very next person may think this is a bargin. Smiley
