Hey sandrose,
  The chlorite included quartz crystals from this quarry have been known about
for a long time but the quarry owners haven't let anyone collect in over 20 years.
The quarry was recently bought by Hanson Aggregates and they
have just allowed the Tar Heel club access for a fieldtrip.
It is an operating quarry.
First time any club has been in there in a long time.
We'll see.  Cool

Thanks for the info,well we can keep our fingers crossed and hope someday an opportunity to collect @ Rougemount will happen.
