PA moss agate?

Another creek find from last week. Habit is of cryptocrystalline quartz (conchoidal fracture, smooth surface, tiny vugs of boytroidal growths). Fractured surface shows a web of mossy brown inclusions in a clear matrix. Too big for my little 6" saw, and I don't want to smash it up to cut a slab. Need more blade! Smiley

Sweet!
You're finding some great looking material!
I guess you'd have to call it a moss. Makes me think of Mary Ellen jasper.  Roll Eyes
How 'bout "Talus Agate" from PA? Wink
Thanks for the pics.

Thanks Joe. It's been a lot of fun discovering all of the different variations of material in this area. The diversity is really surprising. I like Talus Agate... Can you TM a rock?  Roll Eyes
