"Rock it" science!

Collin, Dave, and I were checking for crystals on a hillside when I spotted this.  A Guilford point from an era known as Middle Archaic (8,000-5,000 B.P.)  The tip was missing, but most of the rest of the artifact was undamaged.

Nice pic Scott!  And awesome article about the Guilford people!  After reading it, I must have channeled vibes from the Guilford people because I found a Guilford point last weekend.  I'll post it soon.
