Look but don't touch

I decided to go check out a geologically active area with the family for a few days. The good was that there was plenty to see and I was able to get over 500 photographs. The bad is that collecting anything is not legal. Or in other words it was a look but do not touch type of trip. I actually do not have a lot to say about the trip so I will let the photos tell the story.

The same falls from a little different vantage point.

Hope you enjoyed the photos.

Thanks for the excellent photos, Sasha.

Been there, done that!  Yellowstone is one of my three favorite national parks, maybe #1.

Sasha,

The pictures are beautiful, the water is so clear! What a fantastic place. Never been there but it makes me want to see it for myself. The yellow "crust" in one of the pictures...I assume that must be sulphur? Anyway these are excellent photographs and I enjoyed seeing them.

Well I enjoyed that! Smiley
But smokin', bubblin' ground is a little freaky.
Thanks for the great pictures!

Thanks everyone for the kind words, that place was so fun that words can barely describe it. My family had a great time out there.

What a fantastic trip.  Those landscapes were out of this world.  Thanks for taking us along!   Cheesy
