Hi everyone. I was wondering if any of you folks know anything about the old abandoned quarry just east of Graysville GA. I visited it a couple of weekends ago and found some interesting chert nodules and some traces of galena and agate up on the hill above the quarry. Cool spot! I am wondering what other people may have found there and the history of the place.

Never been to GA except driving through or business trips to Atlanta, but that sure looks worth taking a hammer and chisel to!
