Smaller diameter drill holes seem to be primary advantage over competitors shock wave devices or expanding grout.

An aside: Researching alternative demolition just now led me to the online version of Concrete Construction magazine. Back in its dinosaur print days, I freelanced an executive profile article for this magazine and made a cool $200 (woo-hop!) in time for buying Christmas gifts. Nice to see they stayed in business.
