80 to cerium oxide!

In this video I show the progress of polishing a chunk of crystal I found in Raleigh, NC. I chose to free-form polish it keeping its natural shape in order to preserve as much rock as possible. In a way its similar to what it might look like if it were tumbled.

Cool to see the progression in finishes.

( I was going to use the word "grits" instead of "finishes", but then
I'd have to say something stupid like, "I like mine with butter and pepper.") Roll Eyes
