Hey dm, hope you've had a good weekend!

When I first looked at your specimen I said, "oh, she's found a piece of the jade I mentioned."
But looking at it closer, and seeing the conchoidal fractures, I knew it is most probably obsidian or glass. Oregon and Washington states are covered with sources of obsidian, so that's my first guess.
A very pretty piece of green obsidian. It's just so rounded by the water tumbling it doesn't look like obsidian at first.
Here's a Wiki link to a "Conchoidal fracture".

Well, yes, there is green obsidian, from the US and Mexico that I know of, but I'm not sure that's what this is.
Could be, but it looks a little dense. There is also a good amount of green jasper and chalcedony in the Northwest that would have the same conchoidal fracture. The green chalcedony rocks can go by the name of jasper, bloodstone, chrysoprase, prase, and plasma, to name a few, usually depending on their degree of density to translucence. In one of the pics there might be little flecks of pyrite or mica that could help with the ID, if that's what it is.
It's so water worn and looking at a picture it's hard to say how nice of material it is inside.
I would think someone local would surely recognize it, it's such nice looking material.
