Great video guys.  Loved my trip to Arkansas a couple years ago.  Dream of a return trip.  That wall of crystals at Twin Creek you and Joe had was magical.  How many days did you dig?

Hey Gerald. Yes, Scott did a GREAT job on this video, didn't he.
I would expect no less from him but he continually surpasses any expectations.
And it was a great trip! I think we did a good job getting around to all the sites.
We dug on that wall for the first two days. The first day we were looking around at the sun shining off the crystal faces, the blue sky and the Ouachita Mtns and finally got down to some collecting, or harvesting  Wink, the second day. And then we paid the $25.00 daily fee and went back the third day just to give the whole place a good look. There are crystallizing veins everywhere! Great place to get a good look at the countryside and dig some in-situ crystals. Smiley
The Colemans', Ron and Jim's, Thursday and Friday.
Breakfast every morning at the Mt. Ida Cafe and we were ready to rock!

Here's what remained together of the "Great Grape Cluster"
we took off the wall in the video.  Smiley

No, no phantoms. Just the reflection of the point behind it I think.

What a dream! I gotta go! Thanks for the wonderful video.
Did you pick that root and leave the crystals on it?

Well we tried initially but as the clay dried and cracked the crystals fell away.  Sad
