Hello, my name is Joey and I currently live in Raleigh, NC but grew up in the Dallas, TX area.  I have been collecting rocks and minerals since before I can remember. The infatuation has only increased as time has gone on and now I am a geology major at NCSU. I try to get out as much as I can but I am pretty busy with school and life. This does, however, leave me a decent bit of time to do research on local areas and finds. Hope to chat with you all real soon.
