Hey long time no see!  Thought you all might get a chuckle from how I introduced RHL to a Virginia Rockhounding (FB) query from a woman planning on attending the Raleigh mineral show and asking ... are there any good collecting sites near Raleigh?  So considering how even I have nearly abandoned independent web browsing, here’s what I posted:

Bards of old once sang of heroic rockhounds who ventured beyond the borders of the Book of Face, into the wild woods of Worldwideweb, in search of virtual companions and tales of treasures pulled from the earth itself. Did these prospecting giants really exist, or are they mere legend? It is said that the story is told, from the Cantriff of Raleigh, in the Book of Rockhoundlounge.com.  A prophecy foretells that the elite hounds will name themselves upon joining the RHL FORUM.

Your old prose is wonderfully penned, Tim!
I'm missing something with the "Cantriff of Raleigh"?
Thanks for sharing.  Smiley
