Here's a very nice combination of blocky adularia crystals and aragonite sprays on a matrix of quartz crystals.
Here's a GIF I have of it at hand. Will post good pics tomorrow.

Well, Eric, I sure am enjoying you opening our eyes to the quartz crystals of the northwest. I hadn't realized how little I have studied the geology and quartz from that area and I'm glad you have brought it to my attention. Smiley

Yes, better pictures would be nice for this specimen. I'm wondering if the quartz crystals are sitting on a bed of the adularia? Or is it the brown? I think we have already established how bad my eyes are on another post. Wink Thanks for the pictures. Smiley
