Looks like gold to me, hopefully a gold hunter will chime in shortly.  Also can you get a closer shot of the area in question?

It gets a little blurry when I zoom in so it's hard to tell, try and take a clear close up shots, gold is sectile so take a steel knife and press hard against the yellow, if it breaks or flakes off it's not gold, if it indents or bends but doesn't break you have yourself gold, if you found a spot with more of it the best thing to do would be crush that specimen to powder size and then pan it out, you won't hurt the gold, it will just smash flat and you also would have found yourself a gold mine  Cheesy

Appearance looks very much like gold as others said but hard to tell.  However if it is, don't know that I would crush for that small amount of gold maybe more valuable to keep as a specimen just as it is.
