It is 4 carats = 0.8 grams.

Looks good!  Is it mostly clean or does it have a few inclusions?  Color looks real even on it!!

Yes, the inclusions are apparent in the picture as white specs.  But they are for the most part only visible with a loupe or high resolution picture such as the ones here.
