Any ideas on what this may be? I am referring to the green tubular Crystal on calcite.

My guess is epidote.  Here's a couple reference sites with information on epidote.

I agree with Scott.  Looks like epidote to me.  What's the locality of the specimen?  Knowing where it came from would help narrow down the identify.
