Foldable/Compactable Bars?

The spots I hike to are often remote and hard to get to. When such a deposit is in hard rock, a good 4-foot bar is one of the best ways to move significant amounts of rock.
However, the bar is far too heavy to be a walking stick and thus it strains the arms.
Does anyone here know a source for bars that can be assembled from two or three pieces and then taken apart at will to fit into a pack? Thanks.

Yes, that would be ideal. A lightweight telescoping titanium crowbar with a lifetime warranty! Wink

There was some titanium pry bars that were produced by some Swiss strahlers a while back and it was found very quickly that they are just too brittle to be useful unfortunately.
