This is the best beryl, and best mineral specimen for that matter, that I have ever dug. This razor sharp, double terminated and complete crystal rolled out of the dumps two feet deep in the first hour after I got to Connecticut from Maryland in May of 2018. After blowing my mind I joked at the time that I should just pack up and head right home because I would never find another one that nice again, and I never have.

This is from the Simpson Quarry in South Glastonbury, and is the textbook Simpson green color.
