Here is one I found in the yard. It came in on a load of shale rock for the driveway and parking areas.

Well that's a real strong deep blue. Nice little vug with quartz crystals!
And it's got those little needle growths hanging down from the flat top in your first picture. Whatever mineral that is might be the same mineral that left the negative impressions in your last picture but the mineral has eroded away?
Today that would be called Blue Agate with 'Sagenite'. Used to be Sagenite was only used for acicular Rutile, but now it's applied to pretty much all kinds of 'needle-like' mineral inclusions.
Not sure if that's a 'seam' agate like your green, or some sort of nodule formation. Might want to drive by that quarry and see if they have any old tailing piles you can pick through.   Wink

That rock comes from the same area as the green rock. Just a few miles apart though. Never thought of going there and looking. But now I will.
