Yes they are. Beautiful specimens and pictures. I like that shortwave!

To me it looks like the higher grade clear chalcedony is fluorescing the bright green, and the more common quartz in the body of the chert is basically absorbing the blue/purple of the UV light and reacting to it?
The orange streaks in some pieces might be leaning toward Calcite?
