	Just got some of these from Shaun Shelton at the Grassy Creek Show in Spruce Pine. These are wonderful xls and fun to study. The pics do not do them justice.

	Does anyone know the area(s) where amethyst has been found in Caswell County? I have a friend with a few acres there and I had a hunch there could be some found on the property. He has told me before that I am welcome to dig the property.

	The amethyst zone runs from east Reidsville to Casville. I could never pin down any exact locations, but at least 5 separate sites were once known, but by the time I learned of this, the diggers were too old and couldn't locate any of them. It is a vey good area to prospect!
