The newspaper article said "Construction could begin next spring, with completion scheduled for September 2019."  Unless there's an earlier start, that gives all you NC folks something to think about over the winter!

shouldn't there be at least a couple pre-planning meetings before we set about planning proper?

That's at least 4 reasons to fire up the grill before construction begins
